Success Loves Speed
The last year has shown how quickly things can change. As Einstein said “Its not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.”
To achieve success in the current changing environment we need to:
- Learn Fast – and we must implement what we learn
- Change Fast – how fast we implement this is down to 80% mindset and 20% “how”. We need to stop mindset like “let me think about it for a bit” and “what if it doesn’t work “.
- Maintain Drive – keep focus and 100% commitment once the change is made
Information is Power. Not true. It is what you do with the information and how quickly that is the key. What precedes actions? Decisions. To make better quality decisions to ensure success we need better information. “Test and Measure” is non-negotiable to make objective and not emotional decisions.
Combining this with a strong Belief (backing yourself) and taking Action (drop the “what if……” mentality) and you will enjoy success much quicker……….. Success Loves Speed.
